  1. I want to be your friend and live near you, to be able to partake in your amazing talents 🙂 These quiches look wonderful and they will be a highlight of that baby shower, I am afraid.

  2. Oh my goodness!! I adore these! First of all, quiche is just one of the most amazing foods ever! Second of all, thank you for making these adorable bites veggie friendly! I can’t wait to try these out in my kitchen!

    • I love quiche too! Never made a full-sized one myself, but these little ones are very easy… and yummy. I love cooking vegetarian food which is why pretty much every recipe I post is veggie-inclined 🙂 So happy you like this one 🙂

  3. These look delicious! I can’t wait to make these mini quiches when I host Easter brunch next week! If I make them ahead of time and freeze them, what temperature do you suggest I reheat them at and for how long should they reheat coming from the freezer? Thanks!

    • Hi Laura! Thanks lots for the comment and question! Ok, well I would suggest preheating the oven at 180 C-ish (or 350 F) and popping the frozen mini quiches in on a baking paper-lined tray for around 15 minutes (though check them after 10). Taste test one to make sure it’s perfectly warmed through, if you can. It’s tricky with ovens as they are all a little different, but I do hope that will work for you. Have a fab brunch! 🙂 x

      • These turned out amazing!! So many of my friends and family asked for the recipe so these delicious quiches have been quite popular at some of our brunch events! Thank you again 🙂

    • Hi Laura! I am so very happy to hear they have worked well for you and to receive your feedback in general. Lovely of you to stop by. My best to you and yours! xx
